It is an interesting scientific study, with well-described methodology and well-formed conclusions. I would suggest - possibly - a bit to expand the discussion part with a broader presentation of the results of research by other authors (in the current version of the paper, reference to other studies is found mainly in the introduction).

Thank you for the opportunity you gave me to read your manuscript.

The manuscript presents an interesting topic. The overview is clear and well presented. I have found that, in the current context of the global situation, the topic addressed in the paper is certainly important. I enclose my comments and recommendations for your manuscript. They have been made in the line of improving the article's scientific merit. Hope they will be of use to you!

1. It is a pity that the authors did not propose research hypotheses. Especially since different scenarios and models were created in the manuscript.
2. It is not clear why the regions are so aggregated. There is also no information on this in the methodology.
3. I have some reservations about the Discussion section. In my opinion, this is more of a summary and a description of the limitations. There is no broader discussion with other authors. There is also little of the authors' own thoughts. A discussion should be developed in particular where there are larger deviations in the results. As a result of the differences in cultivation, this part should be expanded.
4. Are there any implications from the research for farmers, consumers?
