Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors,

I understand that the topic is contemporary and relevant to recent times. However, the novelty of the manuscript must be justified. Since the research is based on primary data, it is important to mention the profile of respondents, mapping of respondents to the stages in supply chain operations, and decision-making in the data collection section while maintaining their confidentiality.

In the paper, since you started with SDGs, perhaps it is a good idea to map the impact of COVID 19 on the agriculture value chain with UN SDGs. Similarly, policy implications can also be mapped with SDGs.

Please check the missing references. The paper can be made more readable by incorporating suitable figures, and some of the tables which simply represents data can be shifted to the appendix.
