Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors!

The manuscript provides a contribution to the research area regarding on the study of the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage of indigenous peoples’ diets.

The title of the manuscript is appropriate. The title reflects the content of the manuscript.

There is a balanced relationship between the objective, content and the conclusion of the manuscript.

However, the conclusions can be strengthened by citing certain mathematical calculations as evidence.

An interesting literature review should be supplemented with information on UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage.

Paragraph 4.2.3. "Questionnaire Survey" needs to be reformatted. It is not necessary to submit material from the abstract of your own previous article 25 https://www.worldscientific.com/doi/10.1142/9789811238727_0002

The manuscript is precise and well-written.

I am grateful to the authors for developing an interesting material.

Best regards,

Reviewer 2 Report

The work provides an important reference on the frequency of demand for intellectual protection for indigenous foods.  Grammatical structure and punctuation must be reviewed to make the concepts clear. It is particularly important in the abstract and conclusions section.

Very interesting quotes are provided, specially those related to Chinese tradition, but they are long, repetitive and footnotes and references are mixed in the reference list.

In the materials and methods section I think the research ideas could be left at the end of the introduction and limit the information on the section to methodological aspects.

There is a continuity problem.  For example, the theme of e commerce  appears out of context.

The language revision should be performed and this will allow the reader to follow the conclusions.

Reviewer 3 Report

The paper is very interesting, innovative, and well organised. The structure is perfect, the research is well done by using different methods, results and conclusions are very important and innovative for the contemporary moment.

References  3, 8, 9, 19, 22, 23, 27, 28, 31 are not typical literature sources. Why are they presented in this way in the references?
