Abstract

- According to the consequences that have been observed in different contexts in terms of high stress in workers because of the COVID-19 pandemic [7,8,9], it is proposed to analyse the levels of burnout in a sample of secondary school teachers. Based on these findings, the following hypothesis is proposed:

- Different studies have shown that trait emotional intelligence can be a protective factor against burnout in workers [44,45].
