Answers to reviewer 1:
- Q -Add references and example of tools
Answer: The following text was added in the second paragraph of the Introduction and new references were added:
“… the use of effective tools for public solid waste management has been necessary to minimize environmental and public health impacts. These tools comprise regression analysis, Geographic Information System-Based methods, Descriptive statistics and inferential statistic (Ghinea, Drăgoi et al. 2016, Kallel, Serbaji et al. 2016, Srivastava and Jamwal 2019, Zouboulis and Peleka 2019), among others…”

- Q- Transfers this chapter in a Table
Answer: The authors have to disagree with the reviewer. Section 2 is not restricted to a citation of works focused on SEM which can be briefly placed in a table. In addition to presenting the concepts involved in SEM, section 2 discusses works in the literature addressing the methods adopted, the type of problem, limitations and important results for the definition of the developed model.
- Q- To many references update them and live only the ones connected with the research presented in the paper.
Answer: All references presented in the manuscript are properly cited and are part of the arguments necessary to justify the proposed model (Figure 1).

Although paper is well-structured, easy to read, corellation analysis is well substantiated some issues are important to consider in my opinion.
1.The general public survey is the major method of the study so the results you describe rahter explain the correlations in public perception of the model constructs then their real inderdependance. For me it means that discussion and conclusions should be different.
2.It is necessary to explain why different variables could be united as one construct in the model. For example, SDF is probably could not be one construct of the model but several different factors that could be or less important. Maybe, it could explain the correlation analysis results.

Q- 1. The general public survey is the major method of the study so the results you describe rather explain the correlations in public perception of the model constructs then their real interdependence. For me it means that discussion and conclusions should be different.
Answer: The following paragraph was added at the end of conclusions:
“The general public survey is the major method of the study so the results besides describe the correlations in public perception of the model constructs and their real interdependence.
In addition, the perception of the target audience may change in other field research, depending on the socioeconomic situation or different socioeconomic structures. However, the initial assumptions of sample planning must be reassessed to replicate the proposed method.”
Q- 2. It is necessary to explain why different variables could be united as one construct in the model. For example, SDF is probably could not be one construct of the model but several different factors that could be or less important. Maybe, it could explain the correlation analysis results.
Answer: Different variables can be grouped in the same construct as long as there is a correlation between them. This correlation is measured through the variances obtained in the research carried out with the target audience (which is in accordance with the answer to the previous question).
In general, the Socio Demographic Factors (SDF) and the behavior of society in relation to the reuse of materials through reverse logistics (RMF) represent the explanatory variables of the modeling. Both are evaluated in the SEF because each has an effect on the SEMw measurement. The SDF shows that in the long run, society's decisions regarding the consumption of new tires will have a greater or lesser impact on SEMw. On the other hand, the level of environmental understanding of society, consumption relations determined by income and socioeconomic factors can affect RMF and DMF.
