- Mental health and psychiatric nurses are experts in care throughout the life cycle.
- Redirecting this care towards recovery is a challenge that requires a paradigm shift towards a model in which the person affected by a mental health condition is the protagonist of their own health process.
- Specialised nursing teams are responsible for ensuring respect for mental health rights that are often violated.
