Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The study is clinically interesting and allows us to assess how the guidelines for the treatment of ROP relate to clinical practice in developed and poor countries.

Mayor questions

1. Please specify whether the study was prospective or retrospective; whether researchers received surveys in 2012-2019 and 2020-2022, or whether they were asked to recall the treatment before and after.

2. Were the same doctors answering questions in the two time frames? When was the study conducted (the consent of the bioethics committee suggested a retrospective trial)?

3. Could you attach the entire questionaire as Supplementary Data. Without it is difficult to fully assess the method and scope of the collected data.

4.) Fig. 1, Fig. 2 consider correcting the axis descriptions

left axis description: positive responses [%]

left axis: skip % in left axis instead of 0%, 20%; enter 0, 20... and the same in the bar descriptions
