The second author’s name was inadvertently excluded from the article. The corrected author and affiliation lines should be:

The change of authorship was caused by lack of communication between the listed authors and Dustin Farr. The corresponding author was not aware of Dustin Farr’s minor writing contributions to this review article until he was contacted by this author in March this year and reviewed the previous draft.

The change does not affect the scientific results. The manuscript will be updated, and the original will remain online on the article webpage, with a reference to this Erratum.
