I enjoyed reading this paper; great concept, well-executed and difficulties in obtaining data clearly articulated.  I almost have no comments; only about some slight improvements to the figures

Figure 1. Compared to the very nice figures, this legend looks unprofessional - the font isn't even the same and the coloured boxes are different sizes

Figure 2 - font and font size does not match the other figures in the paper. make numbers smaller - remove axis labels a bit further away

Table 1. need a space between the bottom of table and text as it looks like part of the paper. you could even reduce the font size in the tables or change the font in the table to make it look different

P. austrocedri is not in italics on several occasions

Figure 4. again the legend is poor quality compared to the figure
