- -
- eine elektrische und/oder mechanische Reanimation;
- -
- die Notwendigkeit einer intraaortalen Ballonpumpe (IABP);
- -
- eine neu aufgetretene Niereninsuffizienz (Kreatinin >150 µmol/l) und/oder Oligurie (<400 ml / 24 h) und/oder Anurie;
- -
- ein peri- oder postinterventionell aufgetretener Myokardinfarkt, definiert als Verdoppelung der CK-Werte im Vergleich zum präinterventionellen Wert und neu aufgetretene EKG-Veränderungen (neu ausgebildete Q-Zacke);
- -
- Reinterventionen bei initial erfolgloser PTCA, wobei aufgeschlüsselt wurde in Reangiographie, Re-PTCA oder chirurgische Myokardrevaskularisation (ACB).
