1.2. Homophobic Victimization, Self-Esteem, Empathy, and Social Skills
1.3. The Present Study

- The frequency of homophobic victimization will be higher in homosexual and bisexual adolescents, as well as in those with doubts about their sexual orientation, as compared to heterosexual adolescents.
- Self-esteem will be a negative predictor of homophobic victimization, regardless of the sexual orientation of adolescents.
- Empathy will be a negative predictor of homophobic victimization, regardless of the sexual orientation of adolescents.
- Social skills will be negative predictors of homophobic victimization, regardless of the sexual orientation of adolescents.
