Round 1

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThis short paper reports synthesis and crystal structure of heterocyclic organic compound containing F-atoms. Essentially, there are no issues as crystal structure analysis.
However, there are many F-atoms in the compound, hydrogen bonds should be mentions
in detail. Please add intermolecular interactions in a crystal.
That's all.

Response 1: Done in the revised version of the manuscript with additional references.

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsAuthors correctly identified the importance of the fluorine-substituted pharmaceutical compounds thus focussing on the synthesis and structure of the fluorinated organic molecules with quinoxaline core. Synthesis and characterization of the compounds are well-described. The article contains a balanced citation of the relevant works. This work will be an important addition to the community, which will attract additional readership to Molbank. The article is clearly written and contains sufficient sections on experimental protocols and methods to reproduce and use the results by other researchers. The conclusions are fully based on the observed experimental data and correlations while outlining the future direction of the work. I recommend accepting this work with minor revisions.
- Page 1. Authors report ” Rh (I) complexes with fluorinated indenoquinoxaline ligand B are effective against the MCF-7 cancer cells [17].” However, they present compound B in Scheme 1 as Rhenium carbonyl complex not Rhodium! Please, correct.
- The article will benefit from additional discussion about intermolecular interactions. Authors have plentiful hydrogen bonding and rather peculiar F_F intermolecular interactions between two halogens.

Comment 2: The article will benefit from additional discussion about intermolecular interactions. Authors have plentiful hydrogen bonding and rather peculiar F…F intermolecular interactions between two halogens.
Response 2: Shortened intermolecular contacts in the crystal of the title compounds are discussed in the revised version of the manuscript with additional references.
