- Intact cells: The monolayer was superfused with Krebs–Hepes buffer for HeLa (KHBH) containing (in mM) 125 NaCl, 5 KCl, 1 Na3PO4, 1 MgSO4, 5.5 glucose, and 20 HEPES, pH 7.4, at room temperature (24 ± 2 °C), supplemented with 1 mM CaCl2.
