Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I commend the authors for their review on various applications of Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) that has been used in current tissue engineering and regeneration arena. The manuscript is well written. Categorizing the MSCs applications according to area of study/research is a plus to this manuscript. Both current (articles published within past five years) and past (articles that were published more than five years ago) were effectively utilized to state the uses/applications of MSCs. Summary and perspective section provided a thorough gist of all the applications and potential problems that need to be addressed. I would suggest publishing this article in its current state.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript is overall well written.

I suggest to add a specific paragraph on cytokines and improve the paragraph on mesenchymal stem cells.

Additionally, I suggest to improve the quality of figure 1.

Author Response

Dear reviewer:

Thank you so much four your comments and professional advice concerning our manuscript entitled “Mesenchymal stem cells and their exocytotic vesicles”. These opinions help to improve academic and rigor of our article. Based on your suggestion and request, we have made correct modifications on the revised manuscript. The responses to your comments are as follows:
