Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In my opinion this is a very good and needed paper, I do congratulate the Authors. I believe that this kind of a review paper is needed to comprehensively summarize the state of knowledge on malignant metabolism.

I do recommend the paper to be published in its present form.

Response: We thank you for your positive feedback on our work. We truly appreciate your response.

Reviewer 2 Report

In this article, the authors comprehensively elaborated the metabolic swifts that govern normal B cell lymphopoiesis examining malignant metabolism in an attempt to uncover new research goals and therapeutic targets. It is well compiled and the illustrations are quite informative.

However, paragraph 2.1.1 and paragraph 2.2. are long and difficult to understand.

Since the topic of the review is quite complicated, I would suggest breaking down these paragraphs and trying to make it more understandable.
