TransClim 2025 (Transport Systems and Climate Change)
Organized by Alessandro Farina (University of Pisa, Italy) and Kareem Tonbol (Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, Egypt), TransClim 2025 is a multidisciplinary conference related to transport systems and their environmental impact. The expected contributions to the conference are therefore related to both transport systems, especially those with a low environmental footprint, and climate change studies. Regarding transport systems, the topics of the contributions should concern the design, simulation, and optimization of innovative transport systems with a low environmental footprint. Regarding climate change, the topics of the contributions should be related to the assessment of CO2 emissions, acoustic pollution, and air pollution, as well as the resilience of transport systems to extreme weather events due to climate change.
Participation in the conference will comprise an abstract and an oral presentation. It is possible to participate both in person and online. No conferences fee will be issued for participation. Studies presented at the conference will be selected afterwards by the International Scientific Committee for publication in the journals Applied Sciences and Future Transportation.
Abstracts must be sent to the following email address: conference.transports.unipi@gmail.com
