22nd International Conference on Diffusion in Solids and Liquids (DSL2026)
The 22nd International Conference on Diffusion in Solids and Liquids (DSL2026) will be held from 22 to 26 June 2026 on the beautiful island of Rhodes, Greece. Recognized as a premier event in the field, DSL2026 will once again serve as a dynamic forum for the latest advances in diffusion and its multifaceted applications. This well-established conference brings together a unique and balanced blend of participants from both academia and industry, creating a stimulating environment for meaningful discussions, knowledge exchange, and the cultivation of new collaborations within the themes of mass transfer, heat transfer, microstructure and properties, nanodiffusion, nanostructured materials, and alternative energy.
The conference Special Session 1 “FLUID FLOW, ENERGY TRANSFER, AND DESIGN (SS1)” welcomes contributions on analytical, computational (CFD), and experimental aspects of fluid flow and energy transfer relevant to science and technology. It is intended as a platform for exchanging experiences and information, provoking academic thought and promoting the further development of research in these disciplines.
Selected papers from DSL2026 SS1 will be published in a new dedicated Special Issue of the international journal Applied Sciences (MDPI). The Special Issue welcomes both submissions of papers presented at the conference session and external contributions of new manuscripts on the topics of fluid flow and energy transfer.
