Ecologies | Aims and Scope Update

The aims and scope of Ecologies (ISSN: 2673-4133) have been updated under the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. José Ramón Arévalo Sierra, for the development and further clarification of the journal. The original and the updated version are listed below:

Aims (old version):

Ecologies (ISSN 2673-4133) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access cross-disciplinary journal, which provides an advanced forum for studies on all aspects of ecology. The journal publishes reviews, original research articles, and communications in this field. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible so that their results can be reproduced. Therefore, there is no restriction on the maximum length of the papers.

Scope (old version):

This journal seeks and encourages submissions on significant and original works related, but not limited, to the following topics:

  • Ecophysiology;
  • Population ecology;
  • Community ecology;
  • Ecosystem ecology;
  • Systems ecology;
  • Landscape ecology;
  • Animal ecology;
  • Behavioral ecology;
  • Biogeography;
