2017	The inaugural issue was released. QuBS was published as a quarterly journal.
2020	QuBS was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 4 (Issue 2).
2021	QuBS was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 5 (Issue 1).
2023	QuBS received its 2022 Impact Factor (1.4) in ESCI.
