Thank you for the opportunity to review this paper investigating the adaption and translation of the KCAASS for stroke rehabilitation clinicians who are Canadian French speakers. The work is valuable in supporting clinicians use evidence-based measures as part of their work.  The  article evaluates the psychometric properties of the translated and adapted version of the KCAASS-Stroke-FrCan. 

The manuscript is well written. I have some suggestions and comments in the attached PDF that will enhance the clarity and quality of the manuscript.

Thank you very much for your manuscript. This is a very worthwhile effort and a very interesting topic. However, I would like you to know my suggestions.

1. Introduction: Lines 41–56: Although the epidemiology is provided, it is devoid of regional variations and more recent Canadian data (post-2019).
2. Materials and Methods: Line 104–115: Although the modification procedure (Figure 1) is suitable, no impartial patient representatives took part. Incorporating stroke patients would improve ecological validity, line 119–128: Response rate is low and data treatment prior to imputation is absent from the data collection description.
3. Results: Line 188–206: Although factor analysis is comprehensive, robustness is limited because confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is not carried out.
4. Discussion: Lines 236–243: While the discussion of cross-cultural nuances is useful, it falls short of providing a more thorough analysis of inclusion and intercultural variations in Quebec's attitudes toward sexuality.
5. Conclusion: Lines  301–304:The suggestion to combine with additional tools is suitable but ambiguous. Impact would be strengthened by more specific recommendations for future study.
