The authors would like to make the following corrections to the published paper [1]. The changes are as follows:
Wrong Citation in the Main Text
In the original publication, references 28–31 and 34–49 were not cited in the correct positions, and reference 4 was inappropriately cited in Section 3.4. These citations have now been corrected in the following sections: Section 2.2 (Smart Airport Systems), Paragraphs 4 and 5; Section 2.3 (Customer Satisfaction); Section 3.4 (Predictive Data Analysis), Paragraphs 1–6; and Section 4 (Discussion of the Study), Paragraphs 1 and 2. Additionally, references 59–65 have been renumbered in Section 5 (Implications and Suggestions for Future Studies), Paragraph 1. Reference 66 has also been moved after reference 57, with the numbers updated accordingly. As a result of these changes, the order of some references has been adjusted.

There was an error in the original publication. A minor text correction has been made to subsection 3.4, Predictive Data Analysis, in the third paragraph:
