This study investigates the impact of tourism endowments and institution quality on inbound tourists in ASEAN. To the contents and results of this paper, I propose some questions and suggestions as follows:

1. The contribution of this study is unclear. What are different from this study to the existing literature? What is the innovation of this study?
2. The definitions of variables are unclear. For examples, how does this study measure tourism price, exchange rate, sub-components of institution quality, and tourism receipts.
3. In line 241, it should be TED instead of lnTED.

An interesting and inspiring research problem was undertaken. The presented analyzes may constitute an important source of comparative research in other regions of the world (also in relation to the European Union). The text of the article requires an expansion of the theoretical part, especially wider references to the literature on the subject. The research period should also be standardized throughout the article. The declared time of statistical presentations applies to the years 2007-2017, while the presented data also cover the years 2007-2018 and 2002-2018.
