- August 2019 (right lateral tongue): Squamous epithelial hyperplasia with low-grade dysplasia, focal ulceration. (CK-negative, increased Ki-67 proliferative activity) (Figure 9).
- December 2019 (left lateral tongue): Ulceration with granulation tissue formation. Deep submucosal inflammatory cell infiltration. (CK-negative) (Figure 10).
- October 2020 (oral mucosa): Squamous epithelial hyperplasia, focal low-grade dysplasia, chronic inflammation, submucosal congestion. (CK-negative) (Figure 11).
- April 2024 (right tongue): Mild squamous epithelial hyperplasia, parakeratosis, mild chronic inflammation. (CK-negative and basal Ki-67 proliferative activity) (Figure 12).
