The study is based on too small statistical attempt that the results could be generalized even on Arabic countries. In addition, the attempt was made in a targeted way, not random. The result is the lack of opportunities for the research results.

Introduction is based on one job by Kang, 2018. Is this the only author who took this topic?

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors,

Thank you for your consideration of my comments. There are a few more suggestions:

  1. "Then only will be able to receive the fund while providing consistent payment services from the various financial services. Therefore, the payment request information received from the consumer is securely sent to the acquirer." There is no subject in the first sentence. Maybe it should be changed to be: "Then (s)he will be able to receive the fund while providing consistent payment...". The second sentence has the singular problem. It should be "Therefore, the payment requests information..."
  2. I do not see the improvements in the hypothesis about the singular problem. For example, the first hypothesis should be: Perceived value influences an individual's...", the second hypothesis should be: "Digital social media people's thoughts influence an individual's" where the thoughts should not be deleted because otherwise there is one typo. H5 should be: Perceived trust influences an individual's.... In H6, H7, H8 and H9, influence should be influences.

In my opinion, the authors have not responded to my objection that

the introduction is only based on Kang (2018) only. The objection is not about the footnotes here and the citation of other authors of the research. Apparently, the  authors do not know other works from this area, although the list of literature is very extensive, covering 56 literature positions! This refers to the impression that Kang (2018) is the author of the introduction.
As many as four paragraphs are comments to Kang (2018).
