This study explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and solar-powered hydroponics to improve agricultural sustainability in Philippine barangays. A system dynamics model was developed and validated, showing that under the current trajectory, the simulated values were assessed through the impacts across social, environmental, economic, and energy dimensions. Results show that while the status quo leads to peak sustainability by 2042 (with scores rising from 6.23 to 9.56), full AI integration advances this peak to 2036. Social initiatives alone improved social sustainability from 6.02–8.52 to 6.94–9.44, while environmental initiatives slightly boosted environmental scores from 7.23–9.73 to 7.35–9.85. A hybrid approach combining AI and social interventions proved most effective, delivering both earlier peak performance and higher sustainability outcomes. These findings highlight the promise of smart, inclusive Agri-technologies in transforming rural farming systems and achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
