- the verbal content with two items on establishing topic and orienting discussion themes;
- the mode of participation with two items on patient’s coordination, either having an active and leading role in the interaction or in a passive and follower role in the interaction;
- the therapeutic context with two items on coordination when the therapist is supportive or when he/she is expressive;
- global rating, with one item on the global assessment of PCS.
