I reviewed this manuscript previously and asked the authors to revise it. The authors have revised according to my comments and the current version of MS is much improved. However, the MS has a few issues (see below) that need to be resolved before getting acceptance.

• 1: The scale bars are required in images B, C and D.
• 6: Images B, C, D, E also required scale bars to present the results correctly.

AUTHORS. We have added the scale bar in Figure 6 and modified the legend for Figure 1 and 6 because the detailed figures have the same scale bar.
