- Experiencing wrist pain greater than 3/10 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS).

- Currently employed in any job (full-time or part-time).
- Wrist pain severity of less than 3/10 on the NPRS.
- History of upper-extremity injury or surgery within the last 12 months.
