“I think it got hard for people to maintain that schedule for that length of time. And I always thought that was a problem with that particular program. I think people tried very hard… Some was so dedicated because they were getting so much out of it from [the facilitator in HLWD]”—Peer Ambassador 1“Sometimes it would take three to five phone calls to get to that one conversation, that when we had that conversation, it was great… I just wanted it to be as important to them, you know, that you think about my time too, that it shouldn’t take me four to five phone calls to get to you. And I always thought that was a problem with that particular program.
