Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

the topic is very important and very innovative.

the authors did a very good work in this paper as will in the suggested protocol.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is a very valuable study. This can be executed and all necessary measures to define the study group versus the controls are done. Power calculations are valid.
It is as already pointed out by the authors sad that lipid profiles and inflammatory factors could not be included. However, one could suggest setting up a biobank for later analysis.
