- Inclusion criteria: (1) Women of reproductive age (18–45 years); (2) Elective minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic or robotic) for endometriosis; (3) Histopathological confirmation of the diagnosis; (4) Availability of preoperative and postoperative quality of life data (at least one follow-up point at 6 or 12 months).
- Exclusion criteria: (1) History of pelvic malignancy or borderline ovarian tumors; (2) Pregnancy at the time of surgery; (3) Incomplete medical records; (4) Presence of concurrent inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) or other non-endometriosis colorectal pathologies.
