1) The paper title includes IoT though the place of IoT is not defined in the paper. The IoT concept is not given for the aims of the paper and its impact for the paper research is not disclosed. Furthermore, there are IoT mentions thought IoT references are not given. It is recommended to exclude IoT from the title or to add more information about IoT for the proposed work.
2) Paper idea is brilliantly highlighted in the introduction in contradistinction to the abstract. The idea is unique thought the main idea is hardly recognizable in the abstract. It is recommended to do minor changes in the abstract for better understanding by readers and to improve paper search queries.
3) Figure 1 should be extended with additional explanations whether it is a proposed schema or it is a commonly accepted standard with a reference.
4) Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are not logically connected. There is a lack of explanations in order of narration between the sections. For example, in 3.2 is described modern home art without given reasons of its consideration, its specifics and its specificity, and its peculiarities, for example, from contemporary street art.
5) The proposed AI based method is not clearly represented, also as not clearly represented used data, data volumes, data restrictions, proposed AI based method constraints.

The authors also state that the system was tested in the context of the modern art design and found to have a maximum distortion of 15%, compared to 20% in traditional methods. I believe that the manuscript is suitable for publication in the journal "Electronics" after addressing these issues.
Minor points:
1. In section 1, authors need to cite when they discuss the current impact of AI in artistic and technological integration in the design method. This section should be more informative rather than descriptive.
2. The literature survey in section 2 is minimal; authors are suggested to do a more intensive survey and bring forth more relevant articles.
3. Does figure 1 created by the author? Also, authors are suggested to provide citations for 'shader processing flow".
4. Authors need to describe figures (1 and 2) more in the text.
5. If authors copied the equations in section 3.3, authors need to provide citations.
6. Are authors claiming the novelty of the flow chart in figure 3?

In my opinion, the article promises to make a proposal to establish a visual communication system based on artificial intelligence, according to what is mentioned in the abstract. They even give very specific data on how their proposal can improve the clarity of the images, having an even greater field of view and magnification. They mention that they obtain experimental results that show an improvement of 5% in maximum distortion compared to traditional samples.
I find that parts of the text where there are very long paragraphs that can make reading difficult or that are not so necessary or are somewhat repetitive or have redundant. That parts should be improved. Specifically, to mention a few that should be reviewed: paragraph 36-40; paragraph 72-77.
On the other hand, I think the contribution is not clear. I think that the review of the state of the art in section 2 should be improved. This must be more solid and consistent. It should be better established the contribution regarding the references they are reviewing. Specifically, to mention the main ones: [6], [7] and [8].
In the conclusions, the contribution is not clear either.
I think that the work should be improved, give more depth to the study, more results and analysis. They should also present picture evidence as well as references [6] and [7], for example, not just curves or tables. I think that evidence of this type would correspond or be more consistent with the work.
