Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The proposal is interesting, I have some observations to improve the article:

1.- It should be indicated before its use in the expressions each one of the variables used. Variables that have not been defined or variables that are redundant with respect to others already used are presented, for example: yij, Y(t), G(t), ξ among others.

This section must be duly justified, since it is used as support for the proposal.

2.- The authors indicate "we propose a prescribed-time convergent adaptive", but the basic minimum reasons for this proposal are not indicated. This section must be duly justified, since it is used as support for the proposal.

3.- The use of terms should be standardized, Θ(-) = θ(e)????

Reviewer 2 Report

In this manuscript a prescribed-time convergent adaptive Zhang neural network for time-varying matrix inversion under harmonic noise is proposed. The sufficient equations are provided the manuscript can be accepted after some minor modifications, which are listed as follows:

1-Plagiarism index is high and should be reduce. The manuscript cannot be published with this situation.

2- Many equations and paragraphs are copied from [R1], modify these sections.

3-Novelty should be emphasized clearly.

4-Equations 1-4, 12, 36 and other equations which are not belongs to authors should be cited.

5- Experimental results in Fig 3 to Fig.8. should be changed to simulation results or if device is implemented provide implemented phots, device under test and measurements results.

6- Cleary, explain the advantages and drawback of Zhang neural network (ZNN) and proposed model. Provide brief comparison between these two models. It is very good if this comparison provided with numbers and parameters improvement.

7- The abstract and conclusion should be provided quantitatively with numbers and parameters improvement.

8- In lines 131, 139, 146, 157 there are square symbol. What does it is mean?

9- In section 4 and many figures captions mentioned that “Experiments results” Is this typo mistake or the device is relay implemented and measured? It seems that simulation should be uses instead of experimental.

10- Briefly explain about effect of the dimension n for the time-varying matrix and the harmonic noises then provide residual error with different dimension for example: 4, 6, and 10

11- Provide comparison table.
