Above figure caption of fig. 27 the words "model accuracy.png" should be removed.

Why in fig. 21 and 22 the communication round ends with 400 while in all others it is 500?

The manuscript deals with federated learning applications with critical infrastructure agents.

The topic is interesting and suitable for the journal, but there are issues that prevent publication.

  • The abstract should contain a result summary.
  • Section 1.1 contains one reference; thus, the research motivation can be void.
  • Section 1.2 (related work) is too abstract.
  • Section 2 is too short. I recommend reconstructing the manuscript.
  • The result section must contain the authors' insights, not just describing the result itself.
  • The manuscript is simulation-oriented. I recommend adding sentences for realistic scenarios.
  • Upload source codes to GitHub and insert the URL to the manuscript.
