Comments and Suggestions for Authors

- General comment

In this article, the authors present a dynamic analysis of a Reaction Torque Reduction Device. Initially, the device and how it works are presented. The development and analysis of the proposed dynamic system is presented below, presenting a numerical example. At the end, they present some conclusions.

In my opinion, the topic of the article is interesting and may be relevant for future applications.

Considering the type of article, where an analytical study of a system is presented, the article is well structured, but can, however, be complemented with some more numerical examples. The references seem adequate. The conclusions presented seem to me to be in line with the results presented.

I made some comments to improve the quality of the article. I recommend that the authors take the observations into account and resubmit the article.

Comment 01: page 4, line 144

It seems to me that "of the" is repeated at the beginning of the sentence.

Check, please.

Comment 02: page 9, line 215

Where is "Asa" I think it should be "As a".

Check, please.

Comment 03: page 12, in chapter 4

Perhaps you could present some more examples with different Technical data so that you can present a small parametric analysis of the expected results.

I think the paper could be improved a lot.

It's just a suggestion, it's up to you.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The title of the paper is attractive to the reader and the first two sections of the paper are also well written. The authors draw in the end some strong conclusions, but in my opinion, they are not clearly supported by the elements presented in sections 3 and 4. I consider that you need also to present much better the utility and the novelty of your study, so the presentation should be improved so that the reader can see all the above-mentioned aspects. Now the paper looks more like a didactic material than a scientific paper. These are important issues that must be absolutely revised.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

The English language is fine.

Thank you for answering my comments. I have two observations. I consider that you must provide in Table 4 and 5 the new values of the torque and not just the percentual increase. I think that you should mention also several possible applications and analyze briefly the limitations of using such a device.
