Round 1

The paper is interesting, please find the following comments.
1) Remove the word Masculinity from Figure 1 because it doesn't look appropriate. Consider replacing that with Gender.
2) Provide a first image (like a flow chart) in which you summarize the sections of the paper. This would help the readers.
3) In Table 1, the energy prices are outdated.. please try to make it more relevant to the current date.
4) The load profiles in Figure 4 are the same throughout the period.. the picture is redundant. You mention in the text that you assume a maximum load... However, is that even reasonable? Please comment

In this research study, the authors assess the expansion of EVs based on technology, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Further, the assess the sales data of EVs from ten countries and offered some insights about the promotion of EVs. This research study is important, however, authors needs to consider following points:
1. In the introduction, the research gap is missing. Adoption of EVs by customers is also one of the important dimension. Therefore, they needs to add a dedication section about EVs adoption behavior. Some of the following works can be cited:
a) Travelers’ Adoption Behavior towards Electric Vehicles in Lahore, Pakistan: An Extension of Norm Activation Model (NAM) Theory
b) The impact of policy measures on consumer intention to adopt electric vehicles: evidence from China
c) Customers’ attitude on new energy vehicles’ policies and policy impact on customers’ purchase intention
d) Extracting Travelers’ Preferences toward Electric Vehicles Using the Theory of Planned Behavior in Lahore, Pakistan
2. In the methodology section, a flow chart showing the selection / exclusion of the research works to be included in the study should be mentioned.
3. Figure 2 should have a citation?
4. Table 1 data citation?
5. Conclusions section should have separate paragraphs about limitations and future works.

This paper analyzes and studies the adjustment and opportunities for the development of electric vehicles in the world, especially in European countries. The research results have certain guiding significance and reference value.
The length of this article is unreasonable, and the first three parts are too short. Especially in the methodology of the second part, the research methods of this paper should be described in more detail. For example, the factors that affect the electric vehicle market in Figure 1, how the author summarizes and selects these factors, and how these factors affect the electric vehicle market. It is suggested to increase the analysis of the impact of technical factors.
If the author can only research or obtain relevant data in Europe, it is suggested that the title and full text should be positioned as a comprehensive study on the development of electric vehicles in Europe.
The Part 3 discusses the importance of developing electric vehicles. It is recommended to add some pictures to help explain. The summary of the importance should be more comprehensive and logical.
