Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

While all necessary information was found in the text of the manuscript to enable understanding of the figures, it would be helpful to include more information about each figure in the respective captions. (The reader should not be required to search through the text to understand the data presented in each figure.)

Author Response

Thank you very much for your comment. In the revised version of the manuscript, all the requested information was included in figure captions.

Reviewer 2 Report

Authors present the systematic study of factors influencing the electrochemical detection of tocopherols in a mixture of the alpha, beta and gamma tocopherol. The experimental procedures are clearly described. Authors recommend the most efficient method for the simultanous detection of the three tocopherols. The analytical parameters are very good. I hava only a minor remark: in the captions of figures 3 and 4 it should be specified that the SWV method was used (like in the caption of Figure 2).
