- Develop gender-tailored intervention programs: programs that take into consideration gender differences in emotional reactions and coping strategies should be developed for boys and girls.
- Train educational staff: educational professionals should be trained in the early detection of emotional reactions to stress and taught how to offer coping tools, including ways to enhance personal SOC, with consideration given to the unique cultural characteristics of Bedouin society, including recent and ongoing changes in that society.
