Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This paper addresses an important issue in the field of construction sector and the need to pay special attension. However, introduction section fall short of the brief about their findings and the remaining structure of the paper.

In the literature review section, authors need to firstly explain the theoretical framework follow by literature review. It well estbalished that in some of the literature review theme related hypothesis was drawn. At the same time, explain the theoretical background is crucial which is completely missing.

Furthermore, most of the hypotheses are being developed on the basis of an article in each. Even H2d has no reference article. More citations are required.

There is evidence of repeatition in the first paragraph of 4.3 Validation factor analysis and 4.5 Structure equation modeling analysis. (lines 324 - 329 and lines 348 - 353). The authors need to address the double copy and paste in these sections.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear Authors,

Many thanks for the opportunity to review your article. To help improve its quality, consider the following :

i. Authors need to make clear if make clear what they meant by "sport career" are they inferring these workers are engaged in these sporting event or attending. This reads the former in most instance

ii. Line 49-59 made reference to incidence that occurred in Turkey, however authors have not provided reference to this source

iii.  while the abstract state  positive relationship between sport career and attention of workers cum job burnout however, other parts state a negative relationship (See line 431-435). Please clarify

iv. Table 1:  Project category its state male and daughter  as against female stated in line 271. Please reconcile

v. Considering that there was no mention of specific sport event but rather a generic statement regards sports. Could this also be considered as part of the shortcoming.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The reviewed copy has not properly addressed the comments.

Introduction did not explain the study map in the last paragraph. There are repetition in some of the section especially in page 9 and 10.

Author still use small letter in the beginning of the sentence. Literature review section requires more review to formulate hypothesis.

All tables should be in the finding section. Table under data section is not appropriate.

The findings need to be further strengthen and conclusion part.
