Age-Based Oocyte Yield in Elective Oocyte Cryopreservation: A Retrospective Cohort Study
Abstract

- Had no known infertility.
- Had a baseline FSH ≤ 10 IU.
- Had a normal transvaginal ultrasound findings.
- Underwent controlled ovarian stimulation using a GNRH antagonist protocol with an initial dose of 300 IU of gonadotropins (the most prevalent protocol in our division for elective oocyte cryopreservation).
2.3. Exclusion Criteria
- Had a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) according to Rotterdam criteria or had no data regarding their PCOS status.
- Had >45 oocytes in the first cycle.
- Had a history of ovarian surgery, endometriosis, or ovarian cysts.
- Had ovarian markers of diminished ovarian reserve.
- Were treated with other dose of gonadotropins.
