First of all, this is good work and I really appreciate the authors of this article. To enhance the quality of this article furthermore, the following comments need to be incorporated in the updated version. 

The comments are: 

1. The citations of the literature survey, which are incorporated in the main texts are wrong. For example, one of the author name was mentioned as "Ji et al." but it should be written like this "Ji et al. [2015]". Please change the citation accordingly. [Note: As per the MDPI format, we don't have to mention the authors' names but the inclusion of authors' names in the main text under the literature survey section is highly appreciable. Therefore, please follow the aforesaid comment]. 

2. Try to avoid abbreviations for one-time used words. (Line No. 71)

3. Try to avoid lengthy statements.

For example,

The statement mentioned by the authors: "The lightweight design of structure needs to comprehensively consider the balance 92 of materials, technology and structure."

The suggested statement was given by the reviewer: "The lightweight structure design must comprehensively consider the balance 92 of materials, technology and structure."

Please check and correct the needed statements. 

4. Please provide additional justifications/references for the selection of carbon fibre and epoxy resin for this specified application. 

5. Please check and modify Table 1 contents. Especially check the second column, which was named "performance". In this second column of Table 1, please check the imposed units and also put all the units within the normal brackets. 

6. Please check and modify Table 2 contents. Especially check the second column, which was named "performance". In this second column of Table 2, please use the same representations for the same units.  

7. The citations are imposed in the third section in a very less manner. Therefore, please add furthermore references to imposed formulae, figures, etc. 

8. Please add furthermore references in the fourth section, wherein please focus on test specimen dimensions, ASTM standards, orientation directions, etc. 

9. What is DIC in line 291?

10. Please avoid the following statement: "Standard Test Method for Compressive Properties of Polymer Matrix Composite Materials with Unsupported Gage Section by Shear Loading". Instead of this statement just add references, which are more than enough for perfect research work like this current work. 

11. Please check and modify Table 3 also with the considerations of aforesaid comments 5 and 6. 

12. Please rearrange the lines from 324 to 342 if possible. Just references are enough rather than statements such as "Refer to GB/T 6329-1996 “Determination of Tensile Strength of Adhesive Butt Joints"" and "Refer to GB/T 7124-2208 “Determination of Tensile Shear Strength of Adhesives”". 

13. Figures 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 are blurred so if possible please replace them with good-quality figures.

14. Please explain why the number of layers is in decimal values in Table 6.
