The topic of this research and output might be useful for the Computers readers. The conducted work is worth to publish, however, during the review, I drew attention to the following shortcomings, the correction of which would improve the quality of the paper and I would also like to ask for clarification:
1. I propose in the Introduction section to add a description of the structure of the manuscript.
2. Lines 124-129; I recommend to changing the form of expression to impersonal.
3. Figure 1.; Quality should be improved.
4. There are two drawings in the article with the caption Figure 1.
5. Proper use of style for figure captions was not maintained.
6. There is a problem with the numbering of all figures throughout the manuscript. Please correct this part.
7. The Discussion section need to be extend in order to effectively present the outcomes of the research to the reader.
In general, I would like to thank the authors for the quality research and congratulate the authors on a well-prepared article. I recommend this article for publication after minor revision.

In this paper, the authors proposed a prediction model for small software systems.  The topic seems interesting, however, the authors should address the following issues:

1. Experimental analysis section is too poor, you should compare it with some other state-of-art models with benchmark datasets.

2. You should conclude the abstract and conclusion with experimental results.

There is no issue related to language
