Comments and Suggestions for Authors

1.  It is recommended that authors include in the abstract a description of the classification algorithm used.

2.  The research method flowchart (Figure 1.) should describe the overall research process in detail. The panel logistic model is not described in detail in the figure.

3.    Please explain why this article chooses to use the panel logistic model. What are the conditions for using this method? (Normal distribution, Non Normal Distribution?, sample size requirement (N>?), etc.?) How does this differ from other statistical methods and what are its advantages and disadvantages? What type of data is it suitable for (nominal, ordinal, discrete and continuous data, etc.?) Since the conditions for using each statistical method are different, please describe them in the article so that readers can clearly understand the overall research method process of the article.

4.     Please add the comparison between the literature on land use using the panel logistic model and this article.

5.   This study only relies on the panel logistic model. Please explain how the statistical analysis in this article is reliable.

6.     In "4.2. Data and Descriptive Analysis" (page 9), it is mentioned that different LANDSAT images have been preprocessed. Please add in the article whether the Landsat images used in this article are Landsat Collection 2 Level-1, Landsat Collection 2 Level-2, or other image data. The cloudiness of the Landsat images used in this paper is less than 5%. Since the weather conditions are not completely cloudless and cloud shadow-free, the analysis process is not sure whether the clouds and cloud shadows are removed before analysis.

7.   This article mentions the use of Landsat images from various years, and it is recommended to add the date and time information used in the image data.

8.    Please add the QMR urban building change pictures of each Landsat image used in the article to understand the distribution changes in different periods.
