Reviewer 2 Report

Paper provides literature review on  on carbon neutral industrial pars.  This is  review paper but author's haven't identified this in template. Also authors need to stress linkages of this paper with sustainability. Another important issue that authors do not provide the future research guidelines based on review of paper conducted. For systematic literature review papers it is necessary. Authors need to provide why this review is necessary and why this paper has been written. In my opinion the final systematization of paper is necessary in order to reveal research gap in study area, therefore I recommend major revision.
