- Community environment: Care improvement modifications showed a significant positive association (β = 0.603, p = 0.001), while other modifications were not significant.
- Service environment: Significant positive associations were observed for family-led modifications (β = 0.305, p = 0.006) and care improvement modifications (β = 0.686, p < 0.001). No other modifications were significant.
