Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript is a concise but very clear and well-written presentation and discussion of the 3D structural characterization of the nasal cavity and brain of the cynomolgus monkey, focusing on the anatomic traits potentially influencing nose-to-brain drug delivery.  It will be of interest to readers considering, performing or reading about intranasal delivery in this animal model, in order to a better extrapolation of results to humans.
