- 102 samples (44 blood sera and 58 spleens) from hunted wild boars collected during the 2021/2022 hunting season in north Sardinia (Sassari province);

- 63 spleen samples obtained from feral free-ranging pigs culled between 2021 and 2022 in central Sardinia (Nuoro province) during the depopulation action of the Sardinian African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) eradication plan.
