- (a)
- Felt Arousal Scale (FAS) is used to assess the level of perceived arousal. This scale measures the perception of activation on six levels, ranging from low arousal 1 to high arousal 6 [15];
- (b)
- Feeling Scale (FS) is used to assess the level of perceived affective valence. It captures emotional responses in terms of pleasure or displeasure experienced during physical activity. The scale consists of eleven levels that reflect positive or negative sensations [14].
