This is a very interesting and well written report of Noncommunicable disease service utilization among expatriate patients in Thailand.
However, authors may need to think how to restructure the article so that the analysis can be in line with the research questions and the conclusions. such as what is Originality/Novelty of this article compare with the others.
In addition, I think authors should have a serious consideration of Data Source.what is percent of expatriates to whole thailand population.and how is representativeness of the patient service records?Bangkok is a large city,but the data may not include this capital?and Not including private hospitals?
