I checked your manuscript and described comments below.

I think this paper did a very good QTL analysis about Oryza sa-2 tiva L.

I think it is better to make the table of sequences of insertion / deletion primers in methods.

Minor problems.

  1. Line 25. cross of9311 -> cross of 9311 (There is no space in front of 9311.)
  2. I think it is better to combine the columns "start" and "end" in Supplementary Table 4 and change them to "position".
